Karlin Orthodontics
Dr. Karlin and his staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality orthodontic care in a friendly and caring environment. We work together as a team to achieve highly satisfied patients, beautiful and healthy smiles, and confident referrals. We choose to work with a small group of caring professionals with time to focus on patients rather than working in a large, impersonal clinic that is too busy managing the office to address individualized needs of patients.

Meet Airin
Airin is a key member of the team in her dual-role as orthodontic technician and office manager. Her duties include chair-side assisting, sterilization, x-rays, lab work, insurance, and front office assistance. She has worked in orthodontics since 2000 and has been with Dr. Karlin since early in 2007.
Airin enjoys working in orthodontics because of the rewarding smiles at the end of treatment! In particular, she likes having the ability to transform a "not-so-great" smile into a beautiful smile while helping to build self-confidence in the patients.
Airin is a native of San Diego, California, and she has lived in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, since 2004. When not working with Dr. Karlin and patients, she spends time outdoors riding sport motorcycles and skiing. A Girl Scout herself for 12 years, Airin enjoys being a troop leader in the Highlands Ranch Starry Sky service unit. She is a fan of professional sports and enjoys talking about local sports teams and games with patients and Dr. Karlin.
There is no lack of excitement in her life as she owns Jack Russell Terriers and they often compete in JRT Trials.
Meet Stephanie
Stephanie is the newest member of the team and she began working with Dr. Karlin in June 2011. She is responsibie for assisting with front office duties and patient scheduling as well as assisting Dr. Karlin chair-side in the clinic. Stephanie also oversees the marketing activities for the office.
Stephanie started in the Orthodontic field in 1999 working as an Orthodontic Assistant. Since then she has worked as a Treatment Coordinator and as a Clinical Coordinator.
Stephanie has chosen to work in the Orthodontic field because she loves the relationships that are formed with patients and families. She especially enjoys seeing the confidence and excitement that comes with a new beautiful smile.
Stephanie has lived in Colorado since 1994 and currently lives in Highlands Ranch with her husband David and her children Myah and Aiden. When Stephanie isn't working she loves to be with her family enjoying the gorgeous Colorado outdoors. Stephanie is also an accomplished Cellist and shopper!
Meet Sue
Sue is a part-time member of the team and she typically assists in the afternoon with front office duties and patient scheduling. Sue enjoys working with Dr. Karlin, Airin, Michele, and Stephanie because they have fun personalities as well as a serious commitment to their work. She also enjoys learning from them about orthodontics and all that goes into achieving excellent results. Sue especially enjoys being around the younger patients and seeing their enthusiasm for wearing braces, knowing that a more beautiful smile will soon be their reward!
Sue lives with her husband, Rick, in nearby southwest Denver; both are long-time residents and fans of sunny Colorado. As such, they are also strong supporters of local college and professional sports teams. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with their 2 children and their families, and especially their new grand-daughter Madeleine! They are very active and enjoy international travel and outdoor activities, especially biking, hiking, and skiing in the nearby Rocky Mountains.
